We at ACT II envision a community that values human dignity, promotes cooperative living, and is actively involved in making a difference in the lives of those living within our community.
ACT II is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those that live in the Tri-Lakes region of northern El Paso County. Our mission is to facilitate a way that everyone in our community can combine their resources, time, abilities and love for where we choose to live in such a way that local financial needs can be offset by distributing our proceeds back into the community.
At ACT II: All Community Thrift we believe that:
Individuals, businesses and organizations encourage each other to thrive in a supportive, accepting, and friendly community.
An alternative shopping experience can be affordable, accessible and environmentally responsible.
All people are valuable and are deserving of respect, recognition, help and acceptance.
Everyone has something of value to contribute to the community in which they live through ACT II: whether it be time, donated goods, making purchases at the thrift shop or direct monetary donations.
By dispersing the proceeds from the sales at ACT II the community itself is providing financial resources within the Tri-Lakes Region.
